Home amenities include: 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms -- 2 King beds & 1 Queen bed & 2 Twin beds (sleeps 8), 4 TVs, free WIFI & cable, heated saltwater pool & spa, large enclosed & partially covered lanai patio, river views, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, garage parking, 2 work space desks in loft area. No pets allowed. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 8 people.
